Sound Solutions Dog Training LLC Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Agreement to Hold Harmless: I understand attending a dog obedience class/sessions is not without risk to myself, members of my family, guests who might attend, or my dog because of some of dogs to which I (we) will be exposed might be difficult to control might be the cause of injury even when handled with the greatest amount of care. I hereby waive and release Sound Solutions Dog Training LLC, and its employees, officers, owners, members, and agents from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage which I or my dog might suffer, or cause, including specifically, but without limitations, any injury or damage resulting from the actions of any dog, and I expressly assume risk of any such injury or damage while attending any training session or other function of the said business or while on the training grounds or the surrounding area thereto. In consideration of and as inducement to the acceptance of my application for training membership by this business, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless this business, and its employees, officers, owners, members and agents from any and all claims or claims by any member of my family or any other person accompanying me to any training session or function of the school or while on the grounds or the surrounding area there to as a result of any action by any dog including my own. TALENT RELEASE STATEMENT: I authorize Sound Solutions Dog Training LLC to use my names, dependent's name(s), and animal's name and picture in all areas of advertising media. Paid sessions are nonrefundable.
